As a Product Manager with a passion for my job, I like to support my cross-functional teams in innovation. 🚀 Also, I possess the expertise and skills needed to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea conception to launch and beyond. I pay particular attention to market research, user feedback, and agile development techniques, keystones in the creation of successful products.

DEJARDINS

Within Desjardins, I was able to work within the various departments for the start and the launch of EspaceProprio.  

MISSIONS and ACHIEVEMENTS:

Product management / Facilitation :

  • Coordination of various projects / products related to the creation of EspaceProprio, discovery, involving restructuring, branding, new onboarding, communication plan, user and employee experience...

  • Launch of the brand, its website, its application and its eco-system, CRM, Go-to-Market,

  • Organization of Ideation and Prototyping workshops,

  • Participation in setting up and running Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement),

  • Coordination and support for back, front and design studio teams, IT production and web.

  • Participation in the management of projects related to the implementation of employee experience management tools.

Internal and external communications:

  • Realization and implementation of the annual communication plan for EspaceProprio and the various business sectors in collaboration with the communication team,

  • Participation in the planning and implementation of the editorial calendar of the EspaceProprio environment,

  • Ensure certain links and alignments with internal and external contributors (survey, marketing, brand, linguistic services, IT, analytics, BI, etc.),

  • Monitoring of social media surrounding the real estate sector and Proptech,

  • Analysis of the competitive market and media monitoring of public opinion in relation to the different business sectors of EspaceProprio and implementation of strategies aimed at maintaining strong brands

AURA AGENCY

The Aura Social agency is a team of dynamic professionals, with expertise in social networks, design and web referencing. I had the opportunity to have up to 11 clients in charge, thus allowing me to ink my knowledge of just-in-time project management but also to develop my skills in terms of client relations.

 

MISSIONS and ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Generate innovative product ideas to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction;

  • Developing and managing roadmaps and editorial calendars;

  • Leading ideation workshops;

  • Writing, creating and sharing web content, with a strategy tailored to the different platforms and target audiences of customers;

  • Management and analysis of digital advertising campaigns on client platforms (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc.);

  • Client/partner relationship management, coaching and stakeholder reporting;

JUNOT REAL ESTATE

At Junot Immobilier, my role was different since the charter was already in place and well established, on the other hand I had the opportunity to have more people in my charge. Indeed, I were in charge of a team specialized in SEO/SEM and other one in graphic design. A real pleasure to be this intermediary between different trades with different constraints, completely different techniques and vocabularies. A very rewarding experience both humanly and technically.

ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Supervision of the management of the website, its updating, and its development (UX...)

  • Supervision of SEM/SEA campaigns

  • Decision-making regarding SEO strategies

  • Management of e-mailing / remarketing campaigns

  • Management of CRM strategies

At Mistigriff my role was to supervise various projects which revolved around the creation of the new visual identity.

  • Total redesign of the website

  • SEM campaign management

  • SEO strategy management

  • Management of e-mailing / remarketing campaigns, total overhaul of the editorial line and management of the various resulting strategies

  • Management of social networks, creation of a new editorial line and strategies for retargeting, loyalty and web notoriety linked to the establishment of partnerships / influencers, contests...

  • Creation of new communication media with the new editorial line

 

 

ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • New graphic charter in collaboration with the very talented Oriane Marliac

  • New website with 4 times more visits

  • Engaging email campaigns with twice the database

  • Presence on social networks with a number of subscribers multiplied by 20

  • New media and marketing / communication tools: business cards, flyers, large format posters, POS, etc
